Description Wagyu Beef Burgers 4 x 6oz Beef Burgers €16.20/Kg These burgers are 100% minced Wagyu beef. They contain no seasonings, in order to let the flavour of the meat come through. Tender, juicy and full of flavour – this burger is a joy to eat. Wagyu Beef is intensely marbled, resulting in a juicy, succulent burger. Wagyu has a nutty, or buttery flavour, and a distinctive, “melt-in-the-mouth” texture. To cook: Heat a frying pan on a high heat – DO NOT ADD OIL. Once the pan is smoking hot, add the burgers; no more than two at a time. Turn once the meat is well seared on one side, and cook to your liking. Allow to rest before serving. (Best advice states that mince products should be cooked thoroughly.)
